As standard, our packages are all delivered using next working day (Mon-Fri) courier services from either Royal Mail, MyHermes and Parcelforce, depending on the product. All of our products are securely packaged to reach you in perfect condition. Our courier companies collect from out premises from 3pm onwards, and shortly after you will receive an email with the tracking information for your parcel. This consists of the name of the courier who’s delivering your parcel and the tracking code.
If the packaging of a product looks to be damaged, please sign for it as such. This allows us to claim damages from the
courier company if the product inside is actually damaged. If your product is damaged in transit please take some
photographs of the products (not just the box)and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org. If we can see that all of
the contents are damaged, we will reprint and resend the full order. If a portion of the order is undamaged, we will
reprint and resend enough to cover the damaged items only. You have 30 days to report faulty goods.
If you open the packaging and find that you’ve received the wrong product, or the correct product with the wrong artwork
printed on it please take some photographs of the products (not just the box)and email them to expertprinters.co.uk. Once
we have worked out what has gone wrong, we will either collect the item from you or simply ask that you throw the item
away. Your correct order will be located and delivered to you asap, or a new order will be printed and sent out free of

them to email@example.com along with a description of what is wrong with the print. We will investigate the
situation further and work out what has happened, and what can be done about it. Once we have a solution we will contact
you and take matters from there.
